What is a BIA?

A BIA (Business Improvement Area) is a committee which is dedicated to improving the shopping and business experience of Downtown Renfrew. The DRBIA’s committee is made up of local community members who, with approval from the Town of Renfrew’s Council, present various opportunities for community growth.
